How much does it cost to hire a lawyer?

It does not cost anything to hire a lawyer if you are eligible for a lawsuit. We take all cases on a contingency basis, which means we do not get paid unless we win or settle your case.

What should I bring to the consultation or first meeting?

You should bring any relevant paperwork, including your I.D. and any existing legal documentation you have concerning your claim. Once you call to set up a free case evaluation, I can be more specific on exactly what you will need to bring.

What types of cases does your law firm handle?

The firm primarily focuses on mass torts and Class Action litigation with an emphasis on securities fraud. How long do I have to file a lawsuit?

That depends on the type of claim and the "statute of limitations." Once you call me for a free case evaluation and I understand your claim, I can tell you exactly which limits apply to your case.

Do you charge for a case evaluation?

No. We never charge for a case evaluation. We will discuss your potential case, the legal process, and answer any questions you may have at no cost.

What about out-of-pocket fees?

There will never be any up-front, out-of-pocket costs from you. You will not pay us anything unless and until we obtain a settlement or verdict in your favor.
